About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications using React.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. The candidate should also have in-depth knowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering and full-stack development.

The role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js

- Build backend APIs and services using Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks

- Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and API routes using Next.js

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences

- Integrate third-party APIs and work with relational/non-relational databases

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices

- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging

- Optimize application performance, SEO, and accessibility

- Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills and Experience

- 5-6 years of professional experience in full stack development

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with TypeScript (preferred)

- Expertise in React.js including functional components, hooks, and context

- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js

- Strong working knowledge of Next.js including API routes, SSR, SSG, and ISR

- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)

- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

- Familiar with Git version control and CI/CD workflows

- Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices

Preferred or Bonus Skills :

- Experience with Graph QL, Prisma, or Apollo Client

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Vercel

- Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployment

- Exposure to automated testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library

- Prior experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Strong portfolio of full stack projects or contributions to production-level applications

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
