Work Location: Hyderabad

Salary range: Up to 9 LPA (Negotiable based on relevant experience) + Performance Incentives

Work timings: 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST

We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in Hyderabad. The position of FDR/ BDM is a dual role combines expertise in recruitment and business development to drive growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the US Non-IT sector.
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present appropriate recruitment solutions to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring alignment with company standards while maximizing revenue and margins.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in the US across industries such as Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and more.
  • Source candidates using job boards like LinkedIn RPS, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
  • Perform Boolean searches and maintain strong sourcing strategies
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Manage client relationships, understand job requirements, and provide regular status updates
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Consistently meet targets and KPIs related to submissions, interviews, and closures

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
  • Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT domains.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals and KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Boolean Search expertise and strong sourcing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in End-to-End recruitment and client service.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
