Job description:

Job Title: Fuel Supervisor

Location: Khasra no. 72, Kaimori Road, Village- Matwari, Dist- Katni, Madhya Pradesh – 483501

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Industry Preference: Biofuels / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing

CTC: ₹1.5 – 2 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Fuel Supervisor to manage fuel handling, storage, and supply operations at our manufacturing plant. The role requires hands-on industrial experience in biofuels, renewable energy, or related sectors, with strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and operational procedures for fuel management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily fuel handling, storage, and feeding operations to ensure uninterrupted plant functioning.

Monitor fuel inventory levels and maintain accurate records of receipt, consumption, and stock.

Ensure proper quality checks of incoming fuel and safe unloading processes.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and plant management for timely fuel availability.

Implement and enforce strict safety protocols in fuel storage and handling.

Supervise workers involved in fuel movement and guide them on safe operating practices.

Maintain documentation related to fuel consumption, wastage, and reporting.

Support preventive measures to minimize fuel losses and improve efficiency.

Liaise with Plant Manager for day-to-day operational requirements.

Key Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in fuel supervision/plant operations in biofuels, renewable energy, or manufacturing sector.

Good knowledge of fuel types, handling procedures, and safety norms.

Strong leadership and workforce supervision skills.

Ability to maintain records and generate basic MIS reports.

Knowledge of statutory compliance related to fuel storage and handling will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual CTC: ₹1.5 – 2 LPA (commensurate with experience & skills).

Other benefits as per company policy.
