Frontend Engineer

Statisfy is looking for Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. We are currently searching for an exceptional and driven frontend engineer with a passion for creating products from scratch and a keen eye for detail. You will be joining a team that is pushing the boundaries of leveraging LLMs to reshape how users interact with software creating entirely new user paradigms. Your work will rely upon your expertise and innovation to create novel user experiences as we believe LLMs applied to B2B software will fundamentally change how people work. As an early employee you will build a lot of 0 to 1 features, where an amazing user experience brings joy and sparks user growth. You will be on a small team of high caliber software engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists solving big problems collaboratively while planning, building features and shipping code will be very autonomous creating an environment to unlock your momentum. As an early hire your technical decisions will be paramount as you will need to balance moving quickly with the reality patterns and architecture of your code that will need to be extended by future team members. Requirements Have an advanced level understanding of JavaScript, the JS / TS / React ecosystem, its runtime and are not intimidated to debug core frameworks Manage a lot of complexity by breaking things down into smaller components, creating intelligent bounded contexts which in turn create clean APIs and obvious component trees Have shipped several applications that manage complex stateful react components alongside reusable presentational components which are performant at scale Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 3+ years experience building and shipping production code in product based companies.
