Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design and Development: Design and prototype user interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable React components using modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Chakra UI) Develop responsive, cross-device compatible front-end applications using React JS and Node JS Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues Optional (VoIP Integration): Assist in integrating and configuring FreeSWITCH or Asterisk for VoIP and telephony features within web applications (if applicable) Support development of call routing, IVR, call recording, or other telephony components (optional, based on project needs) Required Skills and Qualifications Mandatory: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development. Proficiency in React JS and Node JS for building scalable and maintainable web applications. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility Ability to translate design requirements into functional interfaces Optional: Experience with FreeSWITCH or Asterisk for VoIP and telephony integration (highly desirable but not mandatory). Understanding of SIP, WebRTC, or related protocols (for projects involving telephony features Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API integration (if involved in VoIP features)
