Frontend developer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain front-end features and components using React.js.
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript, HTML, and CSS following React workflows and best practices.
• Develop and implement highly responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components.
• Produce clear, accurate technical specifications and documentation for the features you deliver.
• Own delivery of assigned tasks: estimate work, meet agreed timelines, and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain and improve existing features and modules, fixing defects and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure strong UI/UX and consistent behavior across platforms.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience working as a React.js developer, building production web applications.
• Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and modern React patterns.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and the JS object model), HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/Yarn).
• Knowledge of state management and related tools (e.g., Redux, Flux) and testing tools (e.g., Enzyme).
• Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
• Experience or strong interest in user interface design and delivering great UX.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, and good project management practices.
