Job Description Position: Front-End Developer (AngularJS / ReactJS) Location: Work from Office role in Bengaluru at location BTM 2nd Stage (Need to work in European shift time 12 pm to 8 pm IST) Employment Type: Full-time Experience : 2+ to 5 years About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Frontend Developer with 2+ to 5 years of hands-on experience in modern web development using ReactJS and/or Angular. You will play a key role in building dynamic, responsive, and scalable single-page applications (SPAs), while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders. You’ll work on user interfaces that are not only visually polished but also technically robust, with a strong emphasis on performance, state management, authentication, and API integration. Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using ReactJS and/or AngularJS (or Angular). Build reusable UI components and implement efficient component-based architecture. Manage application state using tools like Redux and middleware such as Redux Thunk. Integrate frontend interfaces with backend systems via REST or XML-RPC APIs. Implement secure authentication flows, especially OAuth2, with attention to best practices such as redirect handling, token storage, and PKCE. Optimize UI performance using React’s Virtual DOM, memorization, and shallow comparison principles. Write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure high code quality. Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible user interfaces using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure an intuitive user experience. Stay updated on modern frontend technologies and actively contribute to improving code standards and team processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2+ to 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong grasp of modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience working with TypeScript in a frontend project will be good. Proficient in ReactJS and/or AngularJS/Angular, with experience building real-world web applications. Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Thunk) and component lifecycle. Experience with OAuth2 flows and awareness of security considerations in frontend development. Familiar with responsive design, UI/UX principles, and frontend optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with API integration (REST/XML-RPC). Proficiency in version control tools like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Nice to Have Familiarity with pagination and infinite scroll implementations. Exposure to ERP systems or enterprise application development. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and web performance tools (e.g., Lighthouse). Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
