Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and managing all front desk activities. This role is perfect for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in a dynamic office setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printer, scanner)
