We are looking for a smart Front office assistant who would be responsible for being the first contact for the patients, scheduling and managing appointments , handling calls , billing, collecting cash, raising receipts and invoices. Proficient in software managing. Creating a good first impression for clients.

III.Responsibilities:

• Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
• Handling the customer queries and complaints
• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
• Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
• Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
• Handling Disputes and building good rapport with clients.
• Communication with new and established patients
• Patient Registration
• Benefits verification and preauthorization
• Appointment check in, and appointment check out.

IV.Skills:

Required:

• Passionate about customers
• Education Qualification: High school / diploma.
• Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
• Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
• Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
• Proficiency in appointments scheduling
• Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

V.Prior Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
