Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the concerned departments
Maintain front desk operations and ensure a neat reception area
Handle visitor logbook, appointments, and enquiries
Assist the admin team with basic clerical and administrative tasks
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
Maintain office supplies and inventory records

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Presentable and well-groomed appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Punctual and responsible attitude
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
