Position:

Job Summary:

The Corporate Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently while maintaining a positive corporate image.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage the front desk area and ensure it is presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming calls, screen calls, and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with visitor management
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy
  • Support administrative and coordination activities as required
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with basic coordination and documentation tasks
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasing personality with a professional attitude
  • Proficiency in

    MS Word, Excel, and email communication

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused approach and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Diploma or certification in Front Office / Hospitality Management will be an added advantage

Experience:

  • 13 years of experience

    in a corporate front desk / receptionist role
  • Experience in a corporate office or real estate environment preferred
