Job Title: Front Office ManagerJob Summary:

The Front Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring efficient service delivery, excellent customer satisfaction, and smooth administrative functions. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment for guests, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management
  • Supervise daily front office activities including reception, guest relations, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and reservation processes (for hospitality setups).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Customer Service
  • Greet, assist, and guide visitors/guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service partners.
  • Team Leadership
  • Train, supervise, and schedule front office staff.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching/feedback.
  • Foster a customer-first, professional team culture.
  • Administration & Coordination
  • Manage office correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Oversee record-keeping, filing, and front office supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, HR, Admin, Facilities, etc.) for smooth operations.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on front office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor budgets and control expenses related to front office operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience (1–2 years) in front office management, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and front desk/reservation systems (if applicable).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Pay: ₹12,414.26 - ₹20,000.00 per month
