Job Description

A Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring excellent guest experiences and efficient administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: The Front Office Manager greets and checks in guests, manages reservations, and coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Staff Management: This role involves supervising front desk staff, training new employees, and preparing work schedules. The manager evaluates employee performance and ensures that all staff adhere to company policies.
  • Administrative Duties: The Front Office Manager prepares monthly reports, manages the departmental budget, and oversees cash handling procedures. They also handle guest complaints and special requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Communication: Maintaining effective communication with other hotel departments is crucial for ensuring smooth operations. The manager relays important information to staff and addresses any issues that arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
