Front Office Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated, well-groomed, and customer-focused professional to manage front office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the salon. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while also driving sales and supporting salon operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth. Manage appointments, bookings, and walk-ins through salon software/phone. Handle client inquiries, upsell salon services, memberships, and retail products. Maintain front desk operations, client records, billing, and cash handling. Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and staff to ensure smooth workflow. Manage daily sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Address customer complaints/issues promptly with a service-first attitude. Oversee salon hygiene, ambiance, and compliance with brand standards. Support management in staff scheduling, training, and performance tracking. Requirements: Graduate / Diploma preferred (Hospitality/Business/Beauty background is a plus). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front desk / customer service / hospitality / retail / salon management. Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets. Smart, confident, well-groomed, and presentable.
