Front Office Manager

As the Front Office Manager at our esteemed establishment, your main role will encompass overseeing all front office functions and staff members, which include Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk, and Retail/Gift Shop where applicable. You will be responsible for directing and collaborating with managers and team members to ensure the smooth execution of all front office operations, particularly focusing on guest arrival and departure procedures. Your ultimate goal will be to enhance guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department. To qualify for this position, you should hold a high school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related fields. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major from an accredited university, along with 2 years of relevant experience, will also be considered. Your core responsibilities will revolve around leading the Guest Services team, setting and achieving goals, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing projects and policies, and conducting human resource activities. You will be expected to provide guidance, support, and supervision to employees, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to all front office policies and standards. Additionally, you will need to identify operational challenges and work towards implementing effective solutions to enhance overall efficiency and guest experience.
