Front Office Manager

The incumbent in this role will be responsible for driving the overall success and excellent operations of a Center within the hospitality, coworking, or a similar industry. You will lead the operations team of a large center to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless member experience across all touchpoints. Your strategic mindset and extensive experience in managing complex operations will be crucial in fostering a dynamic environment for knowledge-sharing and developing training programs for high-performing staff. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other key stakeholders will be an essential aspect of this role. You will oversee all aspects of the center's operations, including manpower management, budgeting, expenses monitoring, consumables forecast, ordering, vendor management, and adherence to company SOPs in collaboration with the Cluster manager, center Manager, and team. Your responsibilities will also include leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive facilities management plan to ensure the center operates efficiently and provides a professional work environment for a high volume of members. You will oversee a team responsible for maintaining the center's infrastructure, managing maintenance requests, repairs, and space renovations to optimize space utilization and functionality. Maintaining strict Health, Safety, Security, Cleanliness, and Hygiene protocols with 0% deviations will be a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring member complaints/feedback are responded to within defined TAT by the team by providing exceptional customer service. Other administrative tasks and responsibilities to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, encourage feedback, suggest solutions, and execute improvements will also be part of your role.,
