Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office professional with 5-8 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the lobby. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Monitor and control front office budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
