Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle daily incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in organizing internal meetings.
  • Support basic administrative and clerical tasks (e.g. data entry, filing, photocopying).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for any front-office support.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies related to reception/admin area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.

Working Hours:

Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
