Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Handling:
  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Reservation Management:
  • Handle room reservations through calls, emails, and online portals.
  • Coordinate with the sales and housekeeping teams for room availability and guest requirements.
  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Maintain guest records and ensure proper documentation of ID proofs.
  • Manage billing, payment collection, and maintain cash transactions properly.
  • Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Shift Duties:
  • Must be willing to work rotation shifts (morning, evening, and night).
  • Night duty on a rotational basis as per management schedule.
  • Maintain proper handover reports during shift change.
  • Guest Complaint Handling:
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B for smooth guest service.
  • Maintain clear communication logs and daily reports.
  • Sales & Upselling:
  • Promote hotel services, room upgrades, and packages to maximize revenue.
  • Participate in incentive programs for upselling and performance.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Male (mandatory – due to night shift rotation)
  • Education: Minimum +2 / Diploma / Graduate
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office preferred (Freshers may also apply)
  • Skills:
  • Good communication (English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software)
  • Pleasant personality, customer-focused attitude

Working Hours & Shifts:

  • Rotation Shifts: Morning / Evening / Night
  • Weekly Off: 1 day
  • Monthly Leave: As per company policy (e.g., 4 days/month)

  • Salary: As per experience (Fixed monthly salary)

Pay: ₹8,706.64 - ₹20,000.00 per month
