Front Office Executive

Job Location – Bangalore (5-days Work from office)

Reporting to – Senior Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities –

  • Be the first point of contact for all guests coming to the office
  • Handle customer queries on the phone and in-person, appropriately redirecting them where necessary
  • Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow issues through to resolution
  • Support HR in all coordination activities for employees, including administrative support, company celebrations, staff anniversary milestones and Birthdays
  • Support HR in recruitment related coordination
  • Vendor management

Qualifications –

  • Graduates from any discipline
  • Freshers are welcome to apply, relevant experience will be an added advantage

Required Skills-

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships
