Senior Executive Customer Advocacy

As a Senior Executive in Customer Advocacy, your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction and creating delightful experiences for clients. Your responsibilities will include scheduling client reviews, collaborating with Wealth Advisors for client engagement, maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues, and managing databases efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and delightful experiences with the organization - Schedule client reviews and follow up for closure - Collaborate with Wealth Advisors for client engagement and report closures - Connect regularly with new and existing clients - Understand the company's products and services and effectively communicate them to customers - Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth - Manage databases efficiently - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues - Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities **Qualifications:** - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience **Required Skills:** - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills - Proficiency in MS Excel - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Proven customer service experience - Exhibit a deep sense of responsibility, ownership, and operate independently, flexibly, and proactively - Ability to engage with people and build deep, high-quality relationships Joining PeakAlpha will provide you with growth and learning opportunities, working with the best financial advisors in the industry.
