Senior Executive Customer Advocacy

You will be working with India's best financial advisors at PeakAlpha, an award-winning wealth management company in Bangalore. As a Senior Executive in Customer Advocacy, your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement with the organization. Your responsibilities will include scheduling client reviews, working closely with Wealth Advisors, connecting with clients, understanding company products and services, improving customer service experience, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring delightful customer experience - Schedule client reviews and follow up for closure - Work with Wealth Advisors for client engagement and report closures - Connect regularly with new & existing clients - Understand the company's products & services and effectively communicate them to customers - Improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth - Manage database effectively - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues - Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Required Skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills - Proficient in MS Excel - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Proven customer service experience - Exhibit responsibility, ownership, and operate independently, flexibly, and proactively - Ability to engage with people and build deep relationships In addition to the above, PeakAlpha offers growth and learning opportunities, a culture high on ethics and people focus, competitive remuneration, and the chance to work in a high-growth environment.
