Your responsibilities as a Portfolio Assistant will include working closely with Wealth Advisors to fulfill service and redemption requests, assist in writing and sending customer reports, and support the organization's expansion efforts through workshops and lead generation. You will shadow Wealth Advisors in their day-to-day activities, customer reviews, and meetings to gain a deep understanding of PeakAlpha's processes and customer relationship management. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA, preferably in Finance, and possess a keen interest in learning and growing as a financial advisor. Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills are essential, along with attention to detail, research, and analytical capabilities. Building and maintaining deep, high-quality relationships with clients is a key aspect of this position.
