Job Description

Role Overview: As a Receptionist at Accor, your prime function will be to handle daily administration tasks, greet and assist guests, address their queries and complaints, and manage room bookings. It is crucial to maintain exceptional customer service standards at the Reception desk to consistently exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for motivating and developing the Reception team to ensure smooth departmental operations and foster a spirit of teamwork. Your role also includes maintaining the Front Office log book, handling shift reports, responding to inquiries effectively, and ensuring all guests experience a professional and friendly check-in and check-out process. Furthermore, you will be in charge of maintaining records of banquets and other functions held at the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily administration tasks, greet and assist guests, and manage room bookings - Maintain high standards of customer service to exceed customer expectations - Motivate and develop the Reception team to promote teamwork - Respond to inquiries and resolve problems effectively - Ensure professional and friendly check-in and check-out experiences for all guests - Maintain records of banquets and other functions at the hotel Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail - Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays,
