Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors professionally. Handle incoming phone calls and route them to respective departments. Maintain visitor/customer database and manage appointment schedules. Provide basic information on vehicles, services, and showroom facilities. Guide customers to sales or service representatives based on their needs. Handle front desk administrative tasks like email correspondence, courier dispatch, stationery management, etc. Ensure the front desk and customer waiting area are neat and presentable. Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and basic documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Address customer queries and ensure a satisfactory showroom experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 13+ years experience in front office / customer service roles (Automobile industry experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good English and local language communication. Presentable appearance with a professional attitude. Ensure that the discount schemes / sales measures from JSW MG are understood and circulated to all concerned Sales Consultants. Track the various discounts offered to customer in profoma invoices and final retail invoices. Ensure that the discounts offered to the customers are passed on in the retail invoices. Track all non-cash discounts especially service packages / finance subvention that is offered to various customers under JSW MG scheme. Liaise with financing banks under the schemes to get timely statement of customers to whom subvention benefit under JSW MG scheme was passed on. Coordinate with sales executives to collect all the supporting documents of customers related to claims as specified in scheme circular JSW MG. ( e.g. follow up for RCTC after registration process in completed by the end customer) Ensure that the by 7th of every month, send the discount summary sheet for previous month from the above records with amounts. Send the discount claims by 20th of every month compile and send physical claims with all necessary supporting documents to JSW MG with a cover page summary sheet with claim amounts. Validate the applicability of schemes before sending the physical claims Reconcile the quarterly claim summary statements sent by JSW MG and send timely replies to JSW MG for any clarifications or open issues.
