Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming phone calls and route them to respective departments.
Maintain visitor/customer database and manage appointment schedules.
Provide basic information on vehicles, services, and showroom facilities.
Guide customers to sales or service representatives based on their needs.
Handle front desk administrative tasks like email correspondence, courier dispatch, stationery management, etc.
Ensure the front desk and customer waiting area are neat and presentable.
Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and basic documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Address customer queries and ensure a satisfactory showroom experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
13+ years experience in front office / customer service roles (Automobile industry experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good English and local language communication.
Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Work Schedule:

6 days working
Showroom Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
