Front Office Executive

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage, taxi bookings, and other needs.
• Process guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and update guest reservations and booking information.
• Allocate and assign guest rooms.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Answer phones and handle incoming calls professionally.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Prepare daily reports and other relevant documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• May be required to assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
• Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in hotel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software (IDS) and computer systems.
• Good knowledge of local area and attractions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
