Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures and practices.
  • Familiarity with telephone and switchboard systems.
