Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Executive - Girl with 1-4 years of experience to join our team at Jawai Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Manage front desk operations and ensure efficient customer service.
Handle reservations and check-in/check-out processes using Opera software.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist guests with requests and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in using Opera Hotel Management Software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
