Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Attapur, Hyderabad

Reports To: Admin Manager / Principal

ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATE

Position Overview

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, manages incoming calls, and provides administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reception & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments/staff.

2. Communication Handling

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.

3. Administrative Support

  • Maintain student/parent/staff contact databases and records.
  • Support the administration team with documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

4. Front Desk Management

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage office supplies for the front desk and raise requisitions when needed.
  • Coordinate with courier services for parcel dispatch and deliveries.

5. Compliance & Security

  • Ensure all visitors follow the school’s/organization’s security and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with the security team for visitor movement and access control.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Office Administration / Hospitality / Related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (school/education sector preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local language preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
