Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Front Office Executive, based on-site in Pune. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also includes coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Knowledge of front office operations and reservation systems
• Adept at problem-solving and addressing guest concerns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
