Grade 3 English Facilitator

We are looking for a committed and creative Grade 3 English Facilitator who can nurture a love for reading and writing in young learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of English language concepts, child-centered teaching approaches, and the ability to create a joyful and engaging classroom environment for 8-9-year-olds. Key Responsibilities: Deliver age-appropriate English lessons focused on reading, writing, grammar, listening, and speaking skills. Use interactive, inquiry-based, and activity-driven teaching methods. Develop lesson plans and learning materials aligned with the school's curriculum and grade-level outcomes. Foster a reading culture through storytelling, read-alouds, and library sessions. Track and assess student progress regularly and maintain detailed academic records. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate learning progress to parents. Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance language learning. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular and interdisciplinary activities. Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in English / Education or related field (Master’s preferred). B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is required. 2–4 years of experience teaching English at the primary level. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong understanding of language development in early learners. Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children. Experience with phonics, guided reading, and differentiated instruction is an advantage. Familiarity with progressive or inquiry-based learning models is preferred.
