PGT Chemistry

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to join our dynamic science faculty. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII) in line with CBSE/ICSE/ CAIE Key Responsibilities: Teach Chemistry to students of classes 11 and 12 following the prescribed syllabus. Prepare and deliver engaging and concept-based lessons. Design and conduct practical experiments in the laboratory. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and periodic assessments. Track and analyze student performance and provide feedback. Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance exams (NEET, JEE). Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment. Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions. Participate in school events, science exhibitions, and inter-school competitions. Maintain records such as grades, attendance, and other administrative documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart boards, and online platforms. Passionate about teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Certifications (if any): CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or State TET certification. Training in modern pedagogical techniques or technology integration.
