The PGT Chemistry will deliver high-quality Chemistry instruction for Grades 11–12, conduct laboratory practical sessions, prepare students for CBSE board examinations, and contribute to the overall academic excellence of the senior school.
• Teach Chemistry for Grades 11–12 as per CBSE curriculum.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons emphasising conceptual clarity.
• Integrate real‑world applications, experiments, and digital tools.
• Conduct practical sessions following proper safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory records, reagents, and equipment.
• Guide students in completing practical files and projects.
• Prepare question papers, assignments, and competency‑based assessments.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Support learners with remedial sessions where needed.
• Train students for board exams with practice papers and revision strategies.
• Ensure completion of syllabus as per academic timelines.
• Mentor students in science exhibitions, competitions, and Olympiads.
• Participate in teacher training, audits, and department meetings.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and academic reporting.
• Master’s Degree in Chemistry.
• B.Ed mandatory.
• 4–8 years of senior school teaching experience (CBSE preferred).
• Strong subject expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and safety management.
• Excellent communication and student‑engagement skills.
• Ability to prepare students for competitive and board examinations.
