Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Welcoming: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
  • Communication: Answering phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Performing tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
  • Visitor Management: Managing the flow of visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department, and maintaining a record of their presence.
  • Office Management: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Coordination: Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
  • Inventory Management: Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and functioning correctly.
  • Other Duties: May include tasks like scheduling appointments, managing meeting rooms, and assisting with travel arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, including active listening.
  • Education : Any degree / Diploma is must.
  • Experience: Relevant Experience in front office / reception/ Admin etc.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is often preferred.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
