Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Office Executive cum Admin with 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, administrative tasks, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will combine excellent hospitality skills with strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth office operations while efficiently handling vendor relations and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, administrative tasks, and vendor coordination while ensuring excellent guest service and office efficiency.
  • Handle visitor greetings, scheduling, office supplies, vendor negotiations, and maintain organized records and reception area.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in front office, admin support, or vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
  • Hospitality-driven attitude – friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
  • Effective communication in [English + Local Language if needed].
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
