Job Title: Front Office Executive – Reservations (Accounts & Guest Relations) Location: Nature Villa, Aluva – Ernakulam / Kochi, Kerala Accommodation & Food: Provided (Outstation candidates preferred) About Nature Villa Nature Villa is a boutique lifestyle resort located within an 80-year-old ancestral property in Aluva, Kochi. The property offers curated hospitality experiences including premium guest accommodation, restaurant services, domestic and international tour packages, and an on-site EV fast charging facility. Job Summary We are hiring a Front Office Executive – Reservations (Accounts cum Office Executive) to manage front desk operations, guest relations, reservations, OTA platforms, and basic accounting functions at our boutique resort. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in hotel front office, reservations, guest relations, or hotel accounts, and who are comfortable working with property management systems, OTA portals, billing, and accounting software. The candidate will be the first point of contact and the welcoming face of the property. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Guest Relations • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and daily front desk operations • Manage guest inquiries, concierge assistance, transport, and tour bookings • Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and transport teams • Ensure high guest satisfaction and service standards Reservations & OTA Management • Manage room inventory, rates, and bookings using Hotel PMS • Handle OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc. • Maintain rate parity and accurate availability across all channels • Prepare daily reservations, occupancy, and arrival/departure reports Accounts, Billing & Invoicing • Generate guest folios and invoices and process payments (cash, UPI, card) • Handle front office cash management and billing accuracy • Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping using accounting software • Assist with monthly account closing and MIS reports Administrative & Reporting • Maintain guest data confidentiality and records • Prepare daily operational and financial reports for management Must-Have Requirements • 1 to 3 years experience in Hotel Front Office, Reservations, Guest Relations, or Hotel Accounts • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or relevant qualification • Hands-on experience with Hotel PMS and OTA platforms • Working knowledge of basic accounting and billing software • Good communication skills in English (Malayalam or Hindi preferred) • Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace • Willing to work full-time, on-site in Aluva, Kochi Good to Have • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Commerce • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced boutique hotel or resort environment • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and guest-handling skills Salary & Benefits • Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹27,000 per month (based on experience) • Free food and accommodation • Health insurance and life insurance • Provident Fund • Paid leave
