Its an opening for a leading Corporate House located at Gurugram.

5 Days working, Office timings- 9 A.M- 6 P.M

** CANDIDATES FROM AIRLINE (CREW MEMBERS) OR HOTELS WOULD BE PREFERRED

The front office Executive at the corporate office plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression for all visitors and guests. The receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely Front Office Management.
  • Being Face of the organization, as receptionist has to meet and greet the visitors, answer the query, if any, & organize meetings between the hosts and the guests.
  • To oversee the upkeep of Reception Area.
  • Coordination and allocation of meeting rooms for Apollo House occupants
  • To work in the communication room while reception is managed by second receptionist.
  • Organization of Senior Executive meetings, board meetings and other important events .

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role with

    Airline or Hotel

    is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., telephone systems, fax machines, printers).
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
