Front Office Executive

Overview:

AARYARAJ CLUB & RESORTS LLP is looking for a Hotel/Resort Front Desk Agent to be our customers' initial point of contact and handle all aspects of their Stay.

The responsibilities of a Hotel front desk agent include registering guests, maintaining reservations, and offering information about rooms, pricing, and facilities. Bottom Line, you will assist create a comfortable and memorable stay for our guest.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

· Manage online and phone reservations

· Collect necessary information & documents as prescribed by the relevant authorities.

· Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

· Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner

· Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs

· Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests/conferences/Day Picnic etc.

· Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate

· Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

· Understanding of how travel planning websites operates i.e. MMT/Goibibo etc.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

· Minimum of 3-4 years of experience preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills:

· Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.

· Experience with hotel reservations software (Innkey)

· Customer service attitude

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest

Salary & Benefits

· 15,000.00 to 25,000.00 Per Month
