We are seeking dynamic and service-driven Front Office Associates to provide strong guest satisfaction, guest handling, and assisting in Front Office operations. The ideal candidates will bring excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Front Office operations ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
• Promote room upgrades, amenities, and services to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring guest concerns are addressed.
• Support team learning and development through peer guidance and sharing best practices.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering to meet guest expectations.
• Follow hotel protocols and maintain consistency in service delivery.

Requirements:

• Freshers and candidates with 01-year experience in Front Office, are welcome to apply.
• A mindset with guest-first approach is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in FO operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma in Hotel Management is required.
