Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Front Office Associate. The Front Office Associate will handle receptionist duties, including phone etiquette, customer service, and check-in procedures. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service skills and Check-in experience
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
