Role Description

The Front Office Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, offering flexibility for some remote work. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining effective communication with guests and team members. The Front Office Associate will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment while upholding Oakwood’s high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Proven skills in Customer Service and managing Check-in processes
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Proficiency in basic computer systems and office equipment
Prior experience in hospitality or front office roles is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, customer relations, or related field is preferred
