Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Pune. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling any issues that arise during shifts. They will also coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing staff and daily operations in a hospitality or service industry setting
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest concerns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work cohesively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
