The primary responsibilities include managing reception duties, assisting with guest check-ins, handling phone calls professionally, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role demands efficient communication and organizational skills to deliver a seamless front office experience for residents and visitors. Qualifications Strong reception and administrative skills including Receptionist Duties, Check-in processes, and Phone Etiquette Proven experience in Customer Service roles with excellent interpersonal skills Effective Communication skills to manage interactions with residents, visitors, and team members Organizational abilities and attention to detail Adaptability and a positive attitude toward solving on-site queries or concerns Previous experience in hospitality or community living environments is a plus Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
