Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Associate based in Solan. The primary responsibilities include managing reception duties, assisting with guest check-ins, handling phone calls professionally, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role demands efficient communication and organizational skills to deliver a seamless front office experience for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong reception and administrative skills including Receptionist Duties, Check-in processes, and Phone Etiquette
• Proven experience in Customer Service roles with excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective Communication skills to manage interactions with residents, visitors, and team members
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Adaptability and a positive attitude toward solving on-site queries or concerns
• Previous experience in hospitality or community living environments is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
