Front Office Associate

Job Summary:

The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently and courteously. This position serves as the face of the hotel and ensures a welcoming and pleasant guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services:

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Reservations & Billing:

• Manage room reservations via phone, email, or in-person.

• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room assignments.
• Process guest bills, payments, and refunds as needed.

• Communication & Coordination:

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.

• Communicate guest requests or special requirements to relevant departments.
• Maintain proper handover information between shifts.

• Administrative Duties:

• Maintain guest registration forms and records.

• Update the hotel management system with accurate data.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails courteously.

• Compliance & Standards:

• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Uphold the hotel’s brand image and service quality standards.
