Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly.
Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are fully prepared for new guests.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Follow hotel safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism.
Work closely with the housekeeping supervisor and other team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
