Job Summary: The Front Office Associate is the face of the hotel, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience. This role involves greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel. Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and courteously. Manage room reservations using hotel software or booking systems. Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding bookings, inquiries, or concerns. Process payments and provide accurate billing information. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and travel directions. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
