Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate, located in New Delhi. The Front Office Associate will handle reception desk duties, assist visitors and customers during the check-in process, provide excellent customer service, manage phone calls with professionalism, and ensure smooth coordination of front office operations. The role also involves addressing inquiries and maintaining effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Check-in procedures
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a well-organized front office environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Proficiency in using office tools and software is beneficial
