Role & responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors or clients
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Customer Service

  • Addressing customer inquiries
  • Resolving complaints or referring them to the appropriate departments
  • Providing information about services or procedures

  • Administrative Support

  • Managing appointment schedules and bookings
  • Filing documents and maintaining records
  • Data entry and updating databases

  • Coordination and Communication

  • Liaising between departments
  • Arranging meetings or travel plans
  • Preparing reports or presentations (sometimes)

  • Maintaining Front Office Environment

  • Keeping the reception area clean and organized
  • Managing office supplies and stationery
